Our bouncy castles are delivered on a sack trolley so we need clear access for this (at least 3ft) Make sure paths and access to your garden are free of obstacles. We carry 50m extension cables so the castle must be within 50m of a power supply. You should also check that the area is free of debris, and clear up after any animal that you have in the garden.
Bouncy castles, slides and other inflatables situated outdoors needs to be on a reasonably flat grassy area (slight slopes are ok) so that they can be staked down. They are not suitable for steep slopes or low trees. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud. We may refuse to set up castles if the ground is not in a suitable condition and would take too long to clear.
Yes we are covered by £5 million public liability insurance. Whilst this will ensure that Paul’s Castles are fully covered in the event of a claim against the company for negligence or faulty equipment, this will not offer protection against the hirer for accidents or injury resulting from the misuse or abuse of the equipment when the hirer is responsible for providing their own supervision.
